Engine Bay's

(Ah...now we gotta watch her again lol)
*I come in tired from the work we had to do but am still happy. I sit on the recliner in the day room hoping to drop some z's.*

( No we dont. She isnt gonna die here. That was not my idea to Kill her. )

* As im cleaning the ambulance The tones come in for the Medic unit. I quickly close all the doors as Brittany comes out and gets in the drivers seat. I get in the passenger seat and close the door. She turns us on and i hit the lights as she starts driving out of the back of the firehouse. *

' Ahh Brit its good to have u back. '

* When we get around to the front of the house and we hit the street I turn on the Siren and we start heading to the scene. *

" Tri-City Fire.....Medic-17 is responding. "

* i walk out to the bays with roy and walk to the officers side of the truck*
' alright roy, you can set your gear up here, you will ride facing backwards behind me, the officer. we havent had a call in a little while so we are due for one anytime now, so dont got o far haha, anyway though, enjoy your time here'

' Thanks I'll just setmy turnout gear down over here. '

* I set my pants at the foot of the door and put my coat on the seat. I start looking around at the truck and admiring it. *

' its nice huh? just got it less than a week ago'
* i look over the rig with roy and straighten my gear up as i pull a chair out to the bay door and open it and sit there and watch the evening traffic go by and watch the sun begin to set*

* as i sit and watch the traffic and pedestrians going by i recline in my chair*
* just as i sit back a young woman, who seems to be a mother, in her early 30s comes running up to me and roy*
woman: ' help! help!
* i get up from my chair and roy turns his attention to us*
woman: ' our alarm is going off in or house, i dont know whats going on!
me:' alright ma'am, is it a smoke detector?' * to the side* ' roy, go get the guys, tell them we got a call'
woman: ' no, i dont think so, i think its my carbon dioxide alarm'
me: ' carbon monxide?'
woman: ' whatever! what are you waiting for?'
me: ' sure, ok, where do you live? is everyone out of the house?'
woman: ' yes, my husband and two kids are at the house in the front yard, its like 300 or something spleen rd, right down there'
me:' ok, meet us over there'
' lets go guys, CO detector activated!'
* i throw my bunkers on and pull my chair back into the bays and throw my jacket on and climb aboard the truck*

' really a call already. Ok.'

* I get into my bunker pants and climb aboard throwing the straps over my shoulder as i close my door. I sit downand put my jacket on while theothers get on. *

' Where are we going to? '

' haha, i told ya, its been too quiet lately, i guess i jinixed us, and uh its 300 something spleen lane for a carbon monoxide alarm going off'

* Brittany backs us into the station bay behind where Engine-17 goes. I pick up the Mic. *

" Fire.....Medic-17 is back in station. "

* I get out of the ambulance with Brit and we both walk into the station. *

* As Rich backs us into the station Brian is outside making sure we dont hit the Medic-unit. Once we are stopped I feel the engine shut off. *

" Fire.....Engine 17 is back in quarters. "

* I hang my headset up and climb out. As I walk towards the Meeting room i take off my button up Navy Blue blouse and leave my Navy Blue T-Shirt on. I toss the Blouse through my door while I walk past my office and head into the Meeting room *

*I take my gear off and leave it at the door. I walk up to the meeting room*

* I walk out of the Engine bay's towards my truck to leave for the day. *

' take care all. Im heading to hero's. '

* I come walking into the Station while the other shift is still busy cleaning things up. I say hello to them then procede to my Office to start my shift. *

* I grab a cup of Hot Chocolate and head outside the Engine bay to see the Morning. There are Kids lining up at the bus stop to catch the bus already. Parents are watching them from their houses and occassionally talking to eachother. At this time of the Morning Life in this neighborhood almost seems Normal. *

* I continue to be outside during the day sweeping and cleaning the driveway and doing some gardening work. Rich comes out to help me and we continue to clean up around the outside of the House. *

* I jog out to the Ambulance with britany already inside and starting it up. I climb aboard and close my door. *

Brit: Where have u been?

Me: Yea yea just drive haha

" Fire...Medic-17 is Responding. "

* She turns the lights on and as we drive out and around the back of the station I turn the Siren on. *

* I hear the Tones for the station and realize we are the only ones left. Rich and i start back into the station when we hear its a House fire. I step it up . Once inside I step into my turnout pants then quickly pull them up I reach for my coat, pull it on and climb aboard. I close my door, out my headset on and unstrap my Cover then put it on the dash. Richy climbs aboard and gets himself ready. *

' When Brian gets in lets go. '

" Fire....Engine-17 responding. "

* As we pull into the station I start to get a little tired. *

' Guys im thinking im gonna take a nap. lol.'

" Fire.....Engine-17 is back in the house. "

* I hang my headset up and step on out of the Engine. I Close my door and start walking towards my Office. *

* As Brittany backs us up behind Engine-17 I pick up the Radio again. *

" Fire.....Medic-17 is Back in station. "

* I get out and take my hair out of its Pony Tail and start walking towards the shower and dorm area. *

* I hear the tones and start walking out to the Engine. I step into my turnout pants and climb aboard the engine. Rich and Brian put their headsets on and rich starts us up. A man comes running up to the station as we are turning the lights on.*

Man: Excuse me Im here for my first day. Im Wayne Story.

Me: Climb aboard then Wayne, we dont have any gear for you yet but screw it get on.

* Brian opens the door for him and he climbs aboard. *

Me: Wayne I need your papers before we pull out of this station.

* He digs for them for a moment then hands them to me. *

' Alright richy we're good lets move out. '

* As we turn onto Hooper I turn the siren on and we drive off. *

* john backs up into the empty bays and i get out, stow my bunkers on the ground and head into the living room*

* Rich pulls around the back of the station and eventually pulls us into position in the house. *

" Fire......Engine-17 Is in Station. "

* I take my headset off and step out. I step out of my Turnout pants and leave them at the foor of the door. *

' Alright Gents, lets start cleaning up the house. '

* john backs the truck in and i step out and set my bunkers on the ground in front of my door and leave my jacket and helmet on my seat*

* Brittany backs us into the bay behind Engine-17 and I get out. I strat walking into the living toom to watch X-Play. *
