Living Room

* I walk Into Station 17 after getting the phone call for everybody to meet here. I realize Everybody is gone though and I sit down on the couch waiting for their return. *

* I come walking into the room. Brittany, Brian and Richy are already there watching TV. I slap Rich on the back of the head and start walking to grab a Drink from the Dridge. *

' Hey Brit, whats the Problem with Jamie? '

* I stagger out of my office and over to the Living room for some morning coffee and something to eat. I see Jamie sitting on the Couch. *

' Hey girl, U ok? '

' alright guys who's up for some Dinner?'

* I finish cooking my Roast with Potatoes and Veggies. I bring it out and set it on the table for all of us to enjoy. *

' Alright guys come and get it. '

*After parking the truck, I come into the break room and I sit down.*
'Uggh. My stoma- oh well, foods done?'
*I get up and sit at the table. After praying, I begin eating, enjoying every bite.*

* i get up from the computer in my office and walk out to the bays*
' are you effing kidding me? sterotypes.....'
* i throw my bunkers in the truck with the rest of my gear and get up in my seat and shut my door and put my headset on*

* I walk in and see the engine guys all watching TV.*
' Looks like you kids arent busy, what are yall watching?'

* I walk down from getting a nice workout and see Reagan. *

' Hey Reagan how ya doin, how's 31 treating you. '

* I walk into the living room right behind O'Flynn. *

' Dammit Brian, your Massive Irish torso is in the way, its like trying to move a freaking truck. '

* I look up from watching the Movie and see that we now have a full house. *

' Holy Shit when did all of you arrive, but im glad you all did. there is something I need to tell everybody. '

* I turn the TV off and make sure everybody assembles around the room. *

' Alright guys, as you know Medic-11 has been a little scarse lately due to things outside their control. Well as of right now IM taking the Medic unit off line and sending Paramedic Cory Hutchison to Squad to make the Squad a 3 man unit. I will agressivly try to hire 2 People for Medic-11 but until such a time as that is possible Medic-17 will Cover 11's area as well. Jose im looking to you on that one, you are a Paramedic and the only one at Station 11 right now. That means you will need to keep the patient stable until 17 arrives or until Metro arrives. I will work with Lifeline ambulance to make sure they staff only ALS units around your guys area but you know how that goes. Squad 31 will also be picking up alot of slack here, for example right now there is exactly NOBODY in 31's area. Engine-31 is in Phoxlind for 2 weeks on training so that pretty much means we all are gonna be busy here. Now with Medic-17 covering down south as well that means Reagan, your unit is gonna be slammed also in your area, 17's area nd 5's area as well. so expect your calls to come fast and furious. Get them done quick and get ready for more. My engine will cover ALS as well along with Engine 5 but those are the only 2 ALS engines in the city for now. Any questions. '

' Im good here just another day in the neighborhood for us in the squad so.'
* I run into the kitchen and raid a Diet coke from the fridge and head back out to catch the rest of the conversation.*

* I walk into the living room after a very restfull nights sleep and see the crews all siting around relaxing. *

' Mornin. '

* say through a Yawn as I walk ot the fridge and get a glass of Cranberry juice. *

* Finishing cooking my spaghetti I set it on the table and grab a plate. *

' Everybody better eat this G-d Damn Spaghetti too. dont start getting full on me either. I slaved over this haha. You all on the Engine you best eat too you all havent had a call in a few days so u gotta be hungry for something. Oh Roy I got you something special for your dinner instead of Spaghetti. '

* I set a can of Friskies on the table for him. and begin to laugh alot. *

' Dont hate me, Hamza put me up to it. '

* After hearing jamie's comment I almost spit out my Pepsi i start laughing so hard. I look at Roy's face and laugh even more. I get up and excuse myself to go change shirts from the drink i just got on it. While walking past Roy I put my hand on his shoulder. *

' Look dude there is no need for her to beat your ass. NO MEANS NO!!!!. '

* As the rest of the crews laughs out of control i walk out chuckling myself. *

* Hearing everybody starting on roy I start to feel a little sorry for him, not alot but a little. *

' Roy I had nothing to do with this, But i'll tell u what Rookie this is life at 17 '

' Ok look dammit. Look at this beautiful face. Look at this neck, Now look at these damn scratches. This sucks, but you all know what Im gonna be alright with this because its only a matter of time before something happens to you too. You know what im gonna eat this god damn cat food because im a man dammit. im not afraid to eat some bullshit like this lolol. '

* I hear the tones and hear what the call is for and start walking a little quicker to the Engine bays. *

' Lets go guys this is gonan be one of those nights. '

' hey hamza, since we dont have the tiller anymore, you're gonna be riding rear facing behind the driver alright?'

*I drive back to the station not taking any chances that this could get bigger at ANY time. I punch in, put on my clothes and start going over the truck as I let the exhausted driver who took my place many hours earlier leaves.*

* I walk into the station and start looking around. Im approached by a person who directs me to the living room where the Captain is. I walk in and see him watching Television. I tap him on the shoulder and give him my Paper. *

' Morning Sir, Im here to report for duty. '

* i walk in from the bays and sit back in a recliner and turn the tv on*

* I sit in my recliner and continue to watch these dumb ass reporters getting blown to hell by this storm. I laugh as they think they are stronger than this thing. *

* As i see John and some of the others watching TV I start to get a little uneasy feeling, I head out to the Bay and start checking my gear over to make sure its ready. *

* I hear the tones for my unit and brittany and My eyes widen. *

' Oh christ are you kidding me.....really???? '

* We get up andf head to the Engine bays. *

'Shoulda been on the Truck!'
*I say as she walks out with a grin on my face. I put my FD cap over my face and doze off.*
