2/17/12 Medic-17

" Medic-17 respond with PD to Central Park Southwest. This will be near the Fountain for a possible body on the ground. Unknown how longhtis person has been there however Rangers are saying this looks like a dead body. Medic-17 you will be responding on 17 alpha and your time out will be 2055. "

* Hearing the call come in, Brittany and I quickly jump up from or stools and toss out ice creams away then walk quickly toward the ambulance. *

" Fire......Medic-17 responding. "

* I open the passenger door and climb in while brittany climbs into the drivers seat. As wel pull away the turns the lights and sirens on and i quickly double glove up. *

' We're only 2 blocks away brit, lets go ahead and kill the siren. No need to frighten the people in the park right yet hehehe. '

* Once Brittany and I pull up on scene I survey the area before stepping out. *

" Fire....Medic-17 is on scene. "

* I step out and open the side door. I grab the als bag and a heart monitor while brit gets an o2 canister and a biophone and we both walk towards the victim. Police are around the person and they are keeping the crowd away. We walk up to them and 2 of them shake teir heads in a no fashion like its too late. *


' Evening Gentlemen, let us through please we'll take a looooh my god. '

* The body of the person who is obviously dead looks tore up. their face has been slashed several times, Stab wounds pepper the person as his stomach is also ripped open. I lean down and get no pulse, and no signs of breathing, the person is freezing cold and they are obviously past saving. *

" Fire.....Medic-17 is clear patient is obvious DB. Handing over to PD at this time. "
